Deji is the Founder and Director of Account Hackney, leading our strategic development and long-term vision. With a deep commitment to youth empowerment and systemic change, he steers the organisation's growth and ensures our work remains rooted in the needs of the community.

Director of Programmes

Yolanda steers our strategic vision and organisational growth. As a founding member, she has guided Account Hackney from a small project to a nationally recognised organisation, always keeping youth leadership at the centre.

External Affairs, Research and Campaigns Manager

With over seven years of experience in media, journalism and research, Emmanuel Onapa is our external affairs, research and campaigns manager, having led on both qualitative and quantitative research projects from their conception to completion. He has also worked to build solid partnerships with organisations and high-profile stakeholders across the sector, ensuring that Account works across the intersections of advocacy and social justice.

King leads our creative outreach through performing arts and podcasting. He uses the power of storytelling and media to engage young people, sparking conversations and building community through art and dialogue.
